Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a £1000 fine will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage if smoking is detected. Parties and events are strictly not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. For stays over 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Online check-in is required to confirm your booking, which involves completing a secure check-in form, agreeing to terms and conditions, and providing a valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20 per hour.
