This beautifully decorated annexe features a large open-plan living space overlooking a pretty shared garden. Large bifold doors open to a private terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. The comfortable king-size bed is made up with crisp white hotel-style linen. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, and a combination microwave. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
Parking is available for one car. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided upon arrival.
A discreet desk is available for remote working, allowing you to hide your work away when it's time to relax.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. A charge may be levied for late check-out. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained, and guests are asked to clean up after them in the garden and around the property. Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house, and dogs should not be left alone in the property. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
