Free parking is available in an allocated space with a provided permit, and an additional visitor space is also available with a permit. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, travel-sized toiletries, washing up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided for the first couple of days of your stay.

The large dining table offers a comfortable space to work from within the apartment.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am. A charge may be requested for late check-out. A fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. The property has a Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance, with the noise disabled for privacy. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Situated in a pretty part of North Chichester, this apartment is just a 30-minute walk from the city centre and a short stroll from Havenstoke Park and its cafe. It's also a short drive from the Goodwood Estate, the South Downs National Park, and 25 minutes from West Wittering Beach.
