Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the inviting sitting room and dining area, providing a charming space to relax with loved ones. Upstairs, discover two cozy double bedrooms, one featuring a king bed and the other a double bed. The family bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, is conveniently located on this floor. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with a single bed.
A small parking space is available in the driveway, suitable for smaller vehicles, and there is usually additional free street parking along the road opposite. For guests with pets, one small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
For any work needs, an office room equipped with a desk and chair is available.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out. Dogs must be well-behaved and house trained, and should not be allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property, and clean muddy paws before they are allowed in the house. Please do not leave them alone in the property. Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Located in the heart of West Ashling, a picturesque village at the base of the South Downs National Park, this cottage is just a short stroll from three country pubs, a village restaurant, and a vineyard with a restaurant and tours. Enjoy lovely walks that start not far from the cottage, and experience the unique charm of the village with the sound of passing horses heading to the downs. It's also a short drive to the Roman town of Chichester, the historic harbour village of Bosham, and the beautiful West Wittering Beach.
