This newly decorated barn is furnished to a high standard. The open-plan kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor is a beautiful space for dining and relaxing with views out to neighboring gardens. A walk-in shower room is also located on the ground floor. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor features beautiful beams, large windows, and a glass balustrade, offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality king-size bed with hotel-style linen and toiletries. Outside, a private sitting area offers views across the tended lawns and gardens.
One allocated car parking space is available just outside the property. Guests enter via a shared driveway. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. There is a £100 fee for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Located in the Downland village of Funtington, this lodge is perfectly situated with restaurants and country pubs on its doorstep. The historic town of Chichester, with its cobbled streets, cathedral, theatre, shops, and cafes, is a short distance away. The sandy expanse of West Wittering beach is also a short drive. A local bus service to Chichester is available at the end of the road, though a car is advisable for getting around. The Grange Farm shop is a 5-minute walk away, offering fresh bread, milk, and local produce. Two Co-ops are available in Bosham, and main supermarkets in Chichester are approximately 10-15 minutes by car. Local restaurants include Hallidays Restaurant, The Fox and Hounds pub, and The Richmond Arms, all within walking distance. Kingley Vale nature reserve is nearby, ideal for walking and cycling. Bosham Harbour and its Saxon church are a short drive away. Ashling Park Vineyard is 1 mile away, offering daily tours. The Roman town of Chichester is 5 miles east, featuring boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, and Chichester Cathedral. West Wittering beach is a beautiful, sandy, blue flag beach. The Trundle offers spectacular views across Chichester Harbour and is part of the Goodwood Estate. West Dean Gardens and the Weald & Downland Living Museum are also nearby attractions.
