Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. There is a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
This cottage is an ideal base for hiking or cycling in the South Downs, attending a Goodwood event, or exploring the beautiful part of Sussex and the beaches and coastline of Chichester Harbor. Local pubs like The Barley Mow (a six-minute walk) and The Hare and Hounds (1 mile away) offer traditional country pub fare. Nearby villages of Stoughton and Walderton provide lovely walks. The property is situated on a footpath and bridleway, offering direct access to hiking and mountain biking routes, including Kingley Vale and The South Downs Way. Attractions such as Uppark House and Gardens, Stansted Park, and the Roman town of Chichester are within easy reach. West Wittering Beach and Chichester Harbor are approximately 14 miles away.
