Enjoy the lovely private garden and patio, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Two parking spaces are available in the main driveway. An EV charging point is available for a fee. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome for an additional fee.
The property is set up for remote access.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise or music at antisocial hours will be addressed, with quiet hours observed between 10pm and 7am. Guests are responsible for locking doors and shutting windows when leaving the property. A fee will be charged for being locked out and for lost keys. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap, a washing-up pack, and toilet roll and kitchen roll are provided.
