This newly decorated barn is furnished to a very high standard across two floors. The open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor is a beautiful space for dining and relaxing, with views out to neighboring gardens. A walk-in shower room is also located on the ground floor. The spacious bedroom on the mezzanine floor features charming beams, large windows, and a glass balustrade, creating a bright and peaceful sleeping space. It is equipped with a high-quality king-size bed, hotel-style linen, and toiletries. The second bedroom is accessed via a corridor off the main living area. Outside, two private sitting areas offer perfect spots for enjoying a sundowner with views across the tended lawns and gardens.
Two allocated parking spaces are available just outside the property. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome at this property for a small charge, by prior arrangement only.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Chichester, with its historic cobbled streets, cathedral, theatre, shops, and cafes, is a short distance away. A local bus service to Chichester is available at the end of the road. However, due to the rural setting, having a car is advisable for getting around.
