The apartment features a large, well-equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The open-plan living room and dining area includes bespoke bookcases with reading material and board games, a comfortable sofa facing a smart TV with streaming channels, and a dining table. The bedroom is spacious and features a comfortable king-size bed and a large chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Convenient allocated parking for one car is available in the private block's car park and a welcome pack including tea, coffee, and biscuits is provided upon arrival. Fresh white bedding and towels are supplied, along with miniature travel-sized toiletries. A kitchen pack with essentials like kitchen roll, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets is also included. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
A small desk and comfortable chair are set up in the living room, providing a dedicated spot to work from.
Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. A fee of £100 applies for lost keys and £50 for call-outs if locked out. Parties are strictly prohibited, as is smoking. Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. Please keep noise down between 10pm and 8am. Pets are not allowed. Bookings are subject to a verification process.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
