Description

A small, furnished room is available for immediate occupancy. The room comes with a high-sleeper single bed, a desk and chair, and a set of drawers for storage.

The room shares a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet in the utility room, facilities shared with two other female tenants.

All bills are included in the rent, except for gas, which will be shared among the lodger and 3-4 other residents of the house.

Shared spaces include a cosy living room, a separate TV room, a balcony, and a utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, kitchenware, utensils, plates, an air fryer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven.

The lodger is expected to keep the shared bathroom, toilet and communal areas clean and tidy at all times, and to take an active part in regular cleaning.

Buses 9 and 22 stop right in front of the house, and other buses are within a 10-minute walk. Free on-street parking is available.

House rules: female tenants preferred, no pork or alcohol on the premises, no guests or sleepovers, single occupancy only (no couples).
