The apartment features a bright living space with a streaming-enabled TV and fast Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, along with a full set of cookware, cutlery, and utensils. The bathroom has a modern shower, and fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided. An iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and bucket are stored in the hallway broom cupboard.

Guests have full access to the property with self check-in and out. A mid-stay clean or fresh linen and towels can be booked for an additional charge.

The apartment includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table and a comfortable chair, and fast Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), making it ideal for remote work.

Please note that the apartment is accessed by stairs with no lift. Pets are not permitted. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and keep noise down, with no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers only are recommended. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. You will be charged £100.00 for lost, broken keys, or key call outs. A £30.00 charge will be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure. The City of Edinburgh will introduce a Visitor Levy of 5% on paid overnight accommodation from 24 July 2026, applying to the first 5 nights of a stay.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Situated on St Mary’s Street, just steps from Edinburgh’s iconic Royal Mile, this apartment is perfectly located for exploring the Old Town. Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Arthur's Seat, and the Scotch Whisky Experience are all within easy reach. The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is also nearby. With shops, restaurants, attractions, and excellent transport links all within walking distance, this apartment is an ideal base to experience Edinburgh.
