Paid parking is available off-premises and on-street paid parking is available subject to availability and street signage. The apartment includes a washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in the main bathroom. For your convenience, there is also a separate WC.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for both work and leisure stays.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please be careful with keys, as a £100.00 charge will apply for lost or broken keys and key call outs. A £30.00 charge will be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure. Indoor shoes/slippers are required. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. When leaving the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked and the thermostat is turned down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. There are no parties allowed. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down; no noise after 10 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
