Description
A bright and spacious room becomes available as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is available from 15th January, with some flexibility. I work fully remote and dog sit once a week in the flat. In my free time I enjoy reading, dancing and crafts. I am looking for someone kind and friendly who doesn't mind having a dog around sometimes, and I would love to become friends, share the space and make it feel homey rather than just living alongside each other. The flat has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and one shower room, and a shared living room with plenty of plants. Rent is currently £795 but may increase as part of the tenant change over. Electricity and energy are roughly £25 per month, wifi is £24 per month and council tax is £115 per month.
