Central loft bedroom in a registered HMO in the leafy Morningside neighbourhood of Edinburgh, one of the most affluent areas of the city. All bills, council tax and WiFi are included. The private bedroom is fully furnished and has a room height of only 2 metres, so it is not suitable for taller people. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and bin bags are provided. There are three shared bathrooms and shared access to a sunny garden. The area has many cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent shops, and the Dominion cinema is nearby. Napier University can be seen from the kitchen window and Edinburgh University is about a 15 minute walk across the Meadows. Princes Street is a 20 minute walk away, Haymarket and Waverley stations are within walking distance, and a bus stop is one minute away. Sorry, no couples.
