We are looking for a new flatmate to join our two-storey flat starting September 15th for a minimum of 6 months. The flat is a traditional tenement with character, high ceilings, and large windows. It features six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen that serves as the main communal area. The available room is a furnished attic bedroom with a bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk; while compact, it is the warmest room in winter. You will be living with five others, aged 32 to 40, of diverse nationalities. We value a friendly, communal atmosphere where guests are welcome. We share cleaning and household responsibilities. Rent is £440 per month, plus approximately £110-£120 for bills (internet, council tax, gas, and electricity). No smokers or pets, please.
