We are seeking a new housemate to join our friendly home in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom terraced house located at the foot of the Royal Mile. The house features a spacious shared living room and kitchen on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. A free parking space is available for residents. The available room is a double room, fully furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk to Waverley station and Princes Street, with bus number 35 stopping right outside. Current housemates include Kaitlyn, a PhD student, and Yasmine, a full-time professional. We are looking for another full-time professional or a student who can assist with council tax. The gas, electricity, and internet bills are approximately £55 per month. Viewings will be held on 8-10 March. No couples or pets, please.
