The flat is on the second floor of a quiet, safe building next to a park, with views over the sea, and is fully equipped and warm. The host is away for most of this period, so you will have the flat to yourself. Couples and families are welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and quiet occupancy is required as a contractual condition of the building. Lidl, a chemist, a delicatessen, a Polish shop, takeaways (pizza, fish and chips, kebab, Chinese), a friendly pub and a coffee kiosk are all within a 15 to 20 minute walk. Please send a request with some basic information about yourself or your family, including ages, work or study, and the dates you need. Previous guests can be contacted for references.
