The room itself is a good size with a double bed, good storage, and nice views. All bills are included in the rent.
This is a non-party house, and we are looking for a considerate, quiet, and clean housemate who is also sociable and respects personal space. The current household consists of 3 females, aged 30-80, non-smokers with no pets.
