We are looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful female flatmate to fill one room in our flat in Bruntsfield. We are all working professionals and would prefer another professional rather than a student, ideally aged around 25-26. The flat is shared with Anna, who works in investment, Salili, who works in government, and Lorna, a freelance theatre and entertainment professional. We enjoy chatting, spending time together in the communal spaces, and hosting gatherings with friends, while also valuing time to ourselves and respecting each other's space and schedules. Shared interests include creative arts, salsa dancing, hosting dinner parties, hiking and the gym. We would love to welcome a chill, mature, like-minded flatmate who wants to make the flat a home and stay for a year or more. There is a weekly shared cleaning rota that we expect everyone to follow. Rent is £520 per month, with bills and council tax roughly £100 per month. Viewings are planned for the evening of Friday 30th October; please confirm your availability in your message.
