The room is available with an initial six-month rental period. The flat has a large lounge with a bay window, three double bedrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table and a separate small utility area. There is a shared bathroom with an electric shower and a large storage room. The flat is fully furnished and well equipped, and the shared back garden is fully accessible to you. The rent is £700 per month plus £100 for bills, covering gas central heating, electricity, BT wireless internet, BT landline rental (not calls) and stair cleaning. Council tax is an additional £77.45 per month (Band E), which is shared between housemates, so the total for the room is £877.45 per month. Council tax will rise in April.
