We have a double room available in our 4-bedroom flat in Dalry, close to Haymarket station in the West End. The area is central with plenty nearby and good transport links.

The flat has a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space.

We are three women aged 21 to 29: two professionals and a master's student. We are sociable and enjoy the occasional pub trip, cinema nights, and cooking and chatting in the kitchen, but we are also happy to have our own space.

We are looking for someone friendly, ideally aged 21 to 30, who is postgraduate or working. Female applicants are preferred as the other flatmates are female.

Rent is £600 per month, deposit £600, wifi £10 per month, gas and electric around £42 per month (£10 more in winter), council tax band C.

Viewings will be in person during the week of 2 November or the week after. Please get in touch if you think you are a good fit and we will arrange a viewing. Move-in date from 15 November.
