A double room is becoming available in our large flat overlooking the Meadows, a short walk from the university and Tollcross. The flat is spread over two levels with eight bedrooms, all large but let for single occupation only due to HMO regulations. The first floor has a huge dining-kitchen with two sinks, two cookers, two washing machines, three fridge freezers, a table and chairs, plus an enormous lounge with views to the castle, a shower room, a toilet and four bedrooms. The second floor has a further shower room and toilet and four bedrooms. We are a mix of nationalities and are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term, more than 6 months, and is happy to help keep the flat clean. No animals and no smokers, including vapers. Rent is £550 per month, council tax £40 per month, bills approx £12 per week in winter and £8 per week in summer, deposit £590. Private landlord, so no agent fees. Please reply telling us a little about yourself and how long you would like to stay.
