Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a TV with Freeview and ample storage space. There are two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, and one is en-suite.
Paid on-street parking is available in Northumberland Street or around Royal Circus. A travel cot can be provided for £30.00 per stay and a high chair can be provided for £30.00 per stay. Pets are welcome for an additional £15 per pet, with one dog allowed.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
Please note that this property is not suitable for infants or children under 2 years old and is not disability friendly due to the basement level location and stairs. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or for late check-out. There will be a £100 fee for lost keys, and a £50 charge for a call-out if keys are forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys. This is a non-smoking property. The property management team is available 24/7 via email or phone for assistance. A Visitor Levy of 5% will be introduced by the City of Edinburgh from 24 July 2026 on paid overnight accommodation for the first 5 nights of a stay.
The whole house is for the guests use.
Within a ten-minute walk, you can access Edinburgh's most famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the New Town. The nearest bus stop is located outside the house, with routes 24, 29, and 42 going to Princess Street, or to Stockbridge and beyond on the opposite side of the street. Waverley Train Station is a 15-minute walk away.
