This stylishly renovated cottage comfortably sleeps 9 guests across four bedrooms, each featuring king-size beds, plus a large sofa bed. The property boasts a stunning family bathroom and a separate en-suite in the master bedroom. The downstairs layout provides ample space for cooking and socializing, complete with a log burner for cozy winter evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table.
Guests have exclusive use of the garden, which features a patio with outdoor furnishings and a BBQ for guests to use.
As this is a traditional Cotswold cottage, please be mindful of low beams and steep stairs. Smoking or vaping is not permitted throughout the property. Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Bookings are subject to a verification process carried out by our trusted partner, Truvi.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Situated in Bourton-on-the-Hill, the cottage is just a 2-minute drive from a convenience store and less than 10 minutes by car to the Co-op in Moreton-in-Marsh. A fantastic gastro pub is only 300 meters up the hill, and Moreton-in-Marsh offers a variety of cafes and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Batsford Arboretum and Cotswold Farm Park, with Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, and Stratford-upon-Avon also within easy reach. The nearest train station is in Moreton-in-Marsh, and infrequent bus services are available 20 yards from the property.
