A choice of two double rooms is available in a spacious 4-bedroom house located in a lovely village. One room includes a wardrobe, while both offer chests of drawers and smart TVs. One room has a standard double bed, and the other has a king-size bed. The house features a large hallway with a bar area, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a bathroom with an additional shower. For comfort, there is a woodburner. Outside, there are two seating areas with tables and parasols, and a high-end BBQ. Free on-street parking is available. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. No dogs are allowed. The current household consists of one permanent resident, the owner, and two cats. This is temporary accommodation, with a minimum guarantee of one month, and a notice period of one week or one month depending on the agreement. Couples may be accommodated on a temporary basis. Rent is £200 per week, £500 per month for weekdays only (Sunday night to Thursday night), or £650 per month for 7 days a week. A deposit of £200.00 is required, and bills are included.
