The room is very quiet with views over New Victoria Gardens allotments. Superfast Wifi and a working-from-home space are provided. This is a non-smoking flat and is strictly for cat lovers. Couples are welcome. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with one other person and her cat. The flat is a calm oasis and not a party flat. It is furnished to the highest standards, with a kitchen equipped with all mod cons including a dishwasher, air fryer, five-ring gas hob, and double oven. A cleaner visits weekly for the communal areas. The total cost is £660 per month, including weekly cleaning and all bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Insurance, Wifi, Free View). A refundable security deposit of £325 is also required. A lease will be provided.
