A lovely double room is available in a beautiful, quiet, traditional tenement with high ceilings and period features. The flat has recently been redecorated with a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. There are 3 train stations within 10 mins walk (6 mins on the train to the city centre) and 15 mins walk to the subway. Parking spaces are always available on the street. All bills are included in the cost.

We are 2 female flatmates and would prefer another female to share with. We are sociable people and enjoy travel, food and music. We are very mindful of giving people their own space but also enjoy a coffee and a chat. It is a peaceful flat and building with lovely neighbours so we'd like to live with someone who is respectful of that.

Initially for a short term let to test the water but open to extending if everyone agrees. Happy to discuss short term lets and be flexible.
