The open-plan living area features comfortable sofas, a TV, and a feature fireplace, with large windows overlooking the decking. A dining table is provided for shared meals, and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, and self-catering facilities. Gas heating ensures warmth on cooler evenings. Bed linen and towels are provided. The main shower room includes a shower, toilet, and sink, while the main bedroom has its own separate toilet and sink.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of £25 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Parking is available with one space by the caravan. Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and steam room, as well as golf facilities, all available to guests and paid on the day.
The caravan is equipped with Wi-Fi and a desk, making it a comfortable base for contractors and anyone working locally. Longer stays are welcome.
Check-in is from 4pm and checkout is by 10am. BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the park. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the caravan. Please treat the caravan with respect and be mindful of neighboring holidaymakers. The estate's leisure facilities are run by Caldecott Hall and charged separately. Redwings Horse Sanctuary is open Friday to Monday. This is a holiday caravan within a park, so you may see and hear neighboring holidaymakers.
Caldecott Hall is a country estate situated in Fritton, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Nearby attractions include the swimming pool with hot tub and steam room, Barn1 Bar & Restaurant, and an 18-hole golf course. Redwings Horse Sanctuary is located next door, offering free entry. The beaches at Great Yarmouth and Gorleston are a short drive away. A local shop is approximately 5 minutes away by car, and the nearest train station is about 15 minutes away by car.
