Shops and cafés near the house are no more than a 5-minute walk away. The landlord will be living upstairs in the second-floor loft of the apartment. The landlord is from Ireland, 29 years old, and works as a football journalist. The landlord's girlfriend, an engineer from Colombia, regularly visits and stays with them on the second floor. The landlord is interested in travel and football, and enjoys exploring London, training, reading, eating, and is also into languages, history and politics. The landlord has lived and spent time in South America (Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil), as well as Spain and Italy, so speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and a bit of Italian. The landlord is a calm and clean person to live with, and hopes for the same in housemates. The landlord enjoys going out for the odd beer on weekends, but is also playing a lot of football, into fitness, and generally just wants to relax after work. It is important to keep common areas clean and tidy. No pets or smoking in the house.
