This bright, spacious and fully furnished flat is located in an excellent Wimbledon location, just a 5-minute walk from Wimbledon station, offering easy access to National Rail, the District line, shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is a 15-minute walk to Wimbledon Village.

The flat features a large open-plan living/dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and a private garden.

During your stay, you will have the entire flat to yourself. The property is normally a two-bedroom flat, but the second bedroom will be locked and used for owner storage during the short let.

This is a short-term let, available for one of the following periods: 28 September–18 October, or 26 October–16 November. There is some flexibility of 1–2 days either side of either period. Preference will be given to someone who can take the full period, although a shorter stay may be considered.

The rent is £750 per week, including bills and Wi-Fi. A reduced rate is available for someone taking the full available period. A £500 refundable security deposit is required.

This flat is suitable for one person or a couple, professional or student. Smoking is permitted in the garden but not inside the flat. Visitor parking can be arranged for £5.25 per day if required.
