The flatmates are two relaxed men, one a school teacher in his early 40s and the other a yoga instructor in his early 50s. The house is generally quiet, with flatmates often pursuing independent activities outside or in their own rooms, though they are friendly. The preference is for a similar individual. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, but respectful guests are welcome. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there is a large garden at the rear with easy access for smokers.

The rent is £792 per month plus utilities (approximately £100 per month).
