In cosy Lower Clapton approximatively 10 minutes away from Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Overground stations. Hackney Downs park nearby and all usual amenities. The important bit: due to ongoing negotiation with the landlord only three months can be guaranteed with a - very slight to be honest - chance to stay longer. This is not your usual sublet as the room will be yours entirely. The room is a mezzanine room with enough space on the ground floor to put a desk and some furniture. The mezzanine part of the room can be accessed with the scale/ladder bit with enough space for a double bed. About us There are 4 of us (aged 30-33) currently living at the flat working in AV or hospitality. The house is fairly social due to a confortable living room space but is past its heydays of partying. We try to be respectful to each other not have people around every day. Some of us are musicians so there are a lot of instrument laying around the flat. There's always an invitation to a gig! No couples, not pets I am afraid.
