I'm looking to rent out my spare room for a couple of weeks in July while I'm away. The flat includes a spacious living room and a small balcony filled with plants. The bright double room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and computer monitor. You'll have access to the kitchen and shared living room, and bedding and towels are provided. It's located two minutes from the Manor House tube station with good transport links and lots of green space, food options, and a cinema within walking distance.
I also have a sweet cat named Kiko who will need care while I'm gone. I'm offering the room at a reduced rate in exchange for looking after her. The let dates are from July 18th to 30th, with some flexibility around those dates. Ideally, this fits someone visiting or in between flats, who also loves cats.
