Standard check-in time is 3 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 11 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, with no noise after 10 PM. Indoor shoes/slippers only are permitted inside the property. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Teddington is a vibrant neighborhood with a village atmosphere, offering a great selection of cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants right at your doorstep. Enjoy leisurely walks or cycling along the gorgeous landscapes of Bushy Park and the River Thames. For a change of pace, excellent train transport links to central London are available, with journeys to London Waterloo taking less than 30 minutes.
