After over two years, my lovely housemate is moving to another part of London, and I am looking for a new housemate to share our two-bedroom flat in Clapham. The flat has a large south-facing roof terrace, a great sun trap in summer. It was recently decorated and has a new kitchen with a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. There is a separate kitchen and a living room with a dining table and a comfortable Loaf sofa.

The room on offer is a spacious south-facing double with large built-in wardrobes and a desk. It comes furnished, though furniture can be removed if you bring your own. You will share the bathroom with me. The flat is split level, with only your bedroom and the bathroom on that level, so it is very private.

Clapham North station (Northern line) is a 5-minute walk and Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines) an 8-minute walk. Clapham Common is a 10-minute walk, and Clapham High Street, with M&S and a large Sainsbury's, is a short walk away. The road is quiet.

I am 25 and work in the City four or five days a week. I would like to be social with my housemate while keeping a relaxed atmosphere at home. I occasionally host games nights and dinner parties, which you are welcome to join. Ideally, no one who works from home more than two days a week. Bills come to around £150 a month, including council tax. A parking space is available for an extra fee if needed.
