I am moving out of my bright ensuite room in Lewisham and am looking for someone to take it. The room has access to a small balcony facing the main square, which is currently noisy due to renovation work in the market area. It comes with a tall wardrobe and a small chest of drawers, and the current tenant is happy to sell their own furniture if you're interested.
Rent is £800 per month for a single occupant, or £900 deposit. Bills are around £350 per month in summer and £400 per month in winter, covering electricity, water, WiFi and council tax, split between the household.
You will be living with three male flatmates and one female flatmate, who are described as very easy going. The flat is opposite Lewisham Shopping Centre, with Sainsbury's about 2 minutes away and Asda and Tesco about 10 minutes away. There is a large Traid charity shop opposite and four smaller charity shops nearby, plus two cafes on the street. Lewisham Station is a 7 minute walk and London Bridge is around 10 minutes away. The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
