Room to rent Murray Road, Greater London

Description

Our lovely housemate is moving on, so we are looking for a friendly, respectful and easygoing woman to join us in our cute little flat in South Ealing. The flat is bright, homey and very affordable for the location, and our landlord is friendly and very on top of things. South Ealing and Northfields stations, both on the Piccadilly line, are a 10 minute walk away, and Ealing Broadway offers the District, Central and Elizabeth lines. There are corner shops and a Co-op within a 10 minute radius, and Ealing is buzzing with restaurants and bars.

Kate works in healthcare as a speech therapist and is often out during the day. Nikoletta works in theatre and often works from home; you may find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. Our schedules differ, but we enjoy the occasional joint dinner or a Sunday TV binge over tea and ice cream.

We are looking for someone clean who will treat the flat with respect and care and see it as a home rather than a pit-stop. You will share a spacious bathroom with Nikoletta, while Kate has her own ensuite. There is a shared kitchen and living room with a TV, every utensil you could need, and a lovely garden. Paola is also selling the desk and mirrors in the room for £50 if the new tenant is interested; the rest of the furniture belongs to the landlord and will remain.

Rent is £700 per month, with council tax and water included. Other bills range from £40 to £60 depending on the time of year due to heating. The landlord requires a referencing check, so freelancers and students may need a guarantor. Viewings will take place in early November.
