There is no space for bikes inside the flat, but one spare spot is available in local on-street hangars.

Two rooms are usually available. Room 1 is £980 and available from December 1st. Room 2 is £830 and available from September 21st. Bills are included.

The current resident is a freelance sound engineer who travels frequently. They enjoy cooking and sharing meals, and are generally quiet and appreciate nature. They would prefer not to live with very loud individuals or those who lack self-awareness.

This is a flat share with 2 current flatmates. The new flatmate preferences are: no couples, no smoking, no pets, and occupation is available to all. There is no gender preference.
