The current flatmates are two men in their twenties who work full-time. They maintain a sociable atmosphere and keep shared spaces tidy and clean. The room is available because one of them is moving back to Sweden. They prefer a male flatmate.

Bills are not included and are estimated at around £100 per person per month for electricity, water, and internet, plus council tax (band G, approximately £82 per person). The deposit is £1,173.
