The flat is opposite Tooting Bec Lido and the common. It is approximately 10-15 minutes by bus to Tooting Bec Station and Streatham Railway Station. Local amenities include a small Sainsbury's, shops, gyms, and restaurants in Tooting Broadway, as well as Tooting Market. The current household includes one other flatmate, a 37-year-old female professional who is a non-smoker and has pets. The new flatmate should be a clean and tidy professional, aged between 28 and 50, preferably female, and must have house-sharing experience. Couples are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. References are required. The minimum term is 3 months.
