We are looking for a new flatmate to join our sunny warehouse flat in Hackney. You would be living with two professionals, both working in music and arts-related industries. It is a friendly and relaxed home with natural chemistry and good conversation, while we also respect each other's space. We are looking for someone similarly chilled, ideally someone who already knows Hackney a bit and can go with the flow.
The flat is a converted warehouse done up to a comfortable standard with its own peculiar charms. The room comes furnished with a bed, shelving and storage space. The building has an outside yard shared with neighbours, a good bit of outdoor space to enjoy in summer, secure bike storage and an off-street car-parking space.
Transport links are great: a 5-minute walk from Homerton overground station, with Chatsworth Road, Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Wick all a stroll away, and a gym and a yoga studio very close by.
Rent is £840 per month excluding bills. Bills add up to about £150 per person per month. The landlord is dealt with directly, with no agencies. Deposit is £800. Viewings are being prioritised for Sunday 8th November during the day, and possibly an evening on Monday 9th or Tuesday 10th November.
