The house has a relaxed atmosphere, and we are seeking a considerate, sociable, and clean individual who wants to feel at home. This is not a party house, but it's also not a place where everyone keeps to themselves. We are looking for someone with a similar vibe to take over the room, ideally someone friendly, sociable, and considerate who wants to feel at home in the house rather than simply renting a room but who is also clean and respectful of everyone’s space. The current housemate is moving out after two years to move in with her partner.
