Room to rent Reedworth Street, Greater London

Description

This is a large, recently painted king-size bedroom, the largest in the flat, offering ample storage including a walk-in wardrobe. It comes furnished with a study desk, chair, dressing table, and lamp. The room has laminated flooring and a colourful rug. The flat also features a double bedroom and a small single bedroom that is infrequently occupied. The kitchen has new countertops, flooring, and a tap, with plenty of cupboard space and two fridge-freezers. The spacious living room includes a dining table and new sofas, with a new larger TV to be installed soon. The bathroom was newly built a year ago and has ample storage, with an additional toilet room on the ground floor. The flat is generally shared with a Dutch female in her mid/late 20s who works in hospitality. Your cousin may visit infrequently for work-from-home activities and use the single bedroom. The owner visits about three times a month and may stay over once. The current occupants are tidy, enjoy cooking, and socialising. You will mostly have the flat to yourself or share with the Dutch flatmate. Looking for someone tidy, who appreciates a homely feel, and is happy to socialise occasionally. Racquet sports players are a bonus. Guests are allowed infrequently with prior communication. This is not a party flat due to noise concerns with neighbours. The property is available now with a minimum term of 4 months, with short lets considered at a different price. The rent is £1250 pcm including all bills, with a £600 deposit or a £400 non-refundable deposit.
