We are looking for a sociable, clean and easygoing housemate who respects quiet time. Ideally a woman, though this is not essential. Couples are not accepted and the house is not suitable for smokers or pets. The house is well connected by bus and bike, close to Brixton and Denmark Hill, and sits on a slight hill. The housemates are discussing a new contract under which all tenants share one tenancy and pay for the whole house rather than individual rooms.
