We are offering two furnished rooms in our creative East London home. You can apply individually for either room, together with another person for one room each, or as a couple renting both rooms. Lodgers share the kitchen and garden. This is a lived-in home with books, art, and plants, and we are looking for people who will enjoy it with the same spirit of care and attentiveness. The house is a two-minute walk from Wanstead Flats, part of Epping Forest. We will be spending significant periods in New York, returning to London periodically. The house will suit independent working professionals with settled routines who appreciate a calm, considerate and well-cared-for home. We keep quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and share responsibility for weekly cleaning of the communal areas. Working from home is welcome. The house is smoke-free and pet-free. Before confirming the rooms, we will arrange a video call to get to know one another and make sure the household feels like a good mutual fit. We will also request proof of identity and income or employment, together with references.
