Flat to rent Bath Terrace, Greater London

Description

A clean, well-presented self-contained studio with its own private bathroom, a few minutes from Elephant and Castle station. The main room has newly fitted warm LVT wooden-effect flooring throughout, modern spotlights and a large newly fitted sash window overlooking leafy trees and green space, so it feels light and calm rather than like a city centre flat. The open-plan kitchen has cream gloss units, dark worktops, a built-in oven, an electric hob with extractor hood and a breakfast bar that doubles as a dining spot. A washing machine and fridge freezer are included, along with plenty of storage, including a full wall of overhead cupboards and a wall bracket ready for a TV. The separate bathroom is fully tiled and has a full-size bath with a shower over it and a glass screen, a heated chrome towel rail, a mirrored cabinet and a window for natural light and ventilation. Excellent transport links, including the Northern and Bakerloo lines, Thameslink and buses, provide easy access to the city, the West End, London Bridge and South Bank. Applicants receiving Universal Credit or other benefits are welcome, as are applicants with disabilities. Viewings by appointment only.
