A professional podiatrist is looking for a flatmate to share their cosy, clean, and peaceful flat Monday to Friday. The flat is on the first floor and is kept tidy with a cleaner every two weeks. It is within walking distance to Kensal Rise Overground and has plenty of bus connections into Central London. The current resident is Spanish, gay, and from a Muslim background, friendly, respectful, and values a peaceful home. They are looking for someone tidy, clean, trustworthy, and considerate, who would enjoy a calm place during the week and ideally be away at weekends. This is a flat share with one current flatmate, a total of 2 rooms, and the room is available Monday to Friday only. Short lets are considered, with a minimum term of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Bills are included, and the deposit is £1,000.00.
