This is a house share with one other person. The current housemate is a friendly, easy-going female in her 30s who works and studies full-time. She enjoys keeping active, seeing loved ones, chilling, discovering new things, and music, valuing balance in life.
The ideal housemate is a likeminded female working professional (late 20s to late 30s/40s preferred), who is friendly, kind, clean, and considerate. Someone with their own life outside the home but open to occasional chats or hangouts is preferred. Couples are not suitable, and smoking and pets are not permitted. References are required. Minimum term is 6 months.
