The minimum term for a tenancy is 12 months, with an option to extend up to 36 months. Short lets are considered and may double the long let price depending on the length of stay and season. Bills are included in the rent. The ideal tenant is a pragmatic handyperson, preferably working from home or part-time, who can fix minor issues and arrange for repairs when needed. They should also be friendly, kind, and caring, and willing to meet and provide feedback on potential new housemates during viewings. Couples are accepted with an additional £200 per month. Smoking and pets are permitted. References are required, and the minimum age for a tenant is 30, with a maximum age of 50. Vegetarians and vegans are preferred.
