This is a brilliant flat, modern, very warm in winter & quiet. The landlord resolves any issues quickly and to a high standard. Great location too. Having two bathrooms is very helpful in the morning rush. The layout is good, with a quiet sleeping area and a spacious living room. There is also a lot of storage space throughout. The ground floor location is a big plus, with a direct link to the wonderful garden. The garden is a big plus - no need to go to the park if you want to be outside. The area has a lot of great amenities. Shops, nurseries, playgrounds, parks, a bus stop directly to the centre of London and the tube station (Clapham South) are all in walking distance. The landlord has been excellent, warm and friendly, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat has an amazing amount of storage, cleverly placed around the flat. The modern style means that you get to live in a property you would genuinely want to have designed yourself. Having a courtyard flat has been a great benefit, like having a park right out your front door. Perfect in the summer! The neighbours are all very friendly.
